Barron's cartoon - Roy Delgado

Here is a cartoon that I believe is from about 5-6 years ago in the weekly financial periodical. It is still amazing to me why women or anyone makes less than anyone else when let's face it, if their work is measureable with another's . . why would you pay them less ? . . Right about here some one says something stupid like: " Roy, they do it, because they CAN. "
Sometimes you have to ASK for an explanation. And when the boss starts to stutter . . we-ll, that about sums it up, doesn't it . .
