Anyone who's been chased or " badgered " by the IRS will appreciate this cartoon.
Those guys will follow and chase you through hell if they have to, that's why all the field agents have a special suit and underwear made of asbestos . .
My brother, Rudy Delgado just retired from the Internal Revenue Service ( San Francisco area ) after 50 some years . . He's got some real good stories . .
