90's Barron's cartoon - Roy Delgado

Here's a cartoon that was published in the mid-90's in the financial magazine, Barron's . . . one of my favorites of my over 19,000 New Yorker rejects . . . I probably would have liked it better if it was rendered by a Sipress, or a Crawford or a Jack Ziegler or a soft pencil by a P. Byrnes . . . their particular styles would have done justice to the gag . . . THIS gag by one of THOSE guys . . . MAN ! . . . Could have made a New Yorker Magazine cover !
