I've always loved cartoons and humor about people who live and function and operate among us with a brick shy of a load . . . I'm not talking about making fun of the " mentally-challenged " - - I'm talking about people you meet everyday and you see on television . . ( many hosting their own talk shows ) . . I became fond of this segment of society during the 26 years I had my business in Washington, D.C. . . . you learn when you begin to act as a personnel manager for your company the vast array of people out there . . . disguised as normal people . . . they don't carry signs saying " I'm a brick shy of a load " . . . they all look like the guy next door . . . it's scary.
