Cartoon of the week

Recent American Legion purchase - - due out this graduating season. This was an oldie cartoon which was rendered with pencil, some charcoal pencil and pastels - - - and then when an okay and color request came in, it was scanned and finished the coloring with some editing . . so you end with a combination of pastel AND computer-aided coloring with my Corel PaintShopPro 11 Program. It was then printed on Epson heavy matte photo paper and mailed to the client.
