New Yorker Reject

I liked both of Diffee's books, The Rejection Collection ( 1&2 ) Great idea . . What I think would be just as good of a book, but perhaps more interesting, would be to have a book of cartoons, ALL REJECTED DY THE NEW YORKER BUT BY CARTOONISTS WHO NEVER SOLD THE NEW YORKER. In fact, it's such a good idea, I might do it myself ( There's already a DIFFEE,
a DUFFY, a SCHWADRON, a SCHOCHET, a SCHWALB, Why not SPIFFEE ! YES, SPIFFEE will do the book, unless I can talk Professor PETER PLUM to do it ! )
