Barron's Cartoon

This drawing appeared on page 40, March 18, 2002 issue. I think it belongs in the New Yorker. Ask anybody who sells the New Yorker.

This 8 1/2 x 11 inch on bond paper original Micron pen ink drawing has wash tones using grey pastel pencils using smudge techniques.

This signed original drawing is available for $375.00 ( roy.delgado@gmail.com )

Roy,
Like your work. The cartoon is good. Looks good. It's funny. However, with this 'toon, I think you are running politically askew of the New Yorker's typical stance.

You are absolutely technically correct. I was trying to UNSKEW them in helping them to take off the blinders, in the hopes of maybe picking up a few more readers. I thought maybe the cartoon was so insightful and true-somewhat that it would trump their narrow-minded vision . . the gag was related on topics which have been on the discussion board. But, things DO change . . Huffington was a Republican once, Reagan was a Democrat once . . Thanks for the comment, appreciated.
